1. Scope
This Shipping Policy defines the rules for the fulfillment, delivery, and receipt of orders placed in the Synthagen store. It is integrally linked with the Terms of Service and the Returns Policy.
2. Order Processing Time
- Typically 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders from weekends/holidays are processed starting the next business day.
- For pre-orders/backorders, we will inform you by e-mail (deadline or refund).
Note: Times refer to order completion and do not include carrier transport.
3. Delivery Methods and Costs
We deliver packages via courier and postal operators. The exact cost is visible in the cart.
- Standard Courier (EU): from 19–39 PLN / 5–9 EUR
- Express Courier (EU): from 39–69 PLN / 9–15 EUR
- International (non-EU): according to the calculator
Free Delivery: If active, the threshold and countries eligible for the promotion are indicated in the cart.
4. Delivery Area
- EU/EEA and selected non-EU countries.
- Deliveries to P.O. Boxes may be unavailable.
5. Shipment Tracking
After shipment, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number and a link to track it.
6. Address Change
Possible before shipment. Contact: kontakt@synthagenlabs.com.
7. Delivery and Undelivered Packages
1–2 delivery attempts; in case of return to the sender, you can choose reshipment (after paying the costs) or a refund minus the shipping/return costs in accordance with the Returns Policy.
8. Delivery Time (Transport)
EU usually 2–7 business days. Indicative, non-guaranteed times.
9. Customs and Taxes (non-EU)
Customs duties/taxes/customs handling – fees are borne by the recipient according to local regulations.
10. Damages, Shortages, and Losses
Please report to kontakt@synthagenlabs.com within 48h (photos, damage report, order number).
11. Split Deliveries
We may process partial shipments (at no additional cost, unless otherwise agreed).
12. Unavailability / Pre-order
In case of stock shortage – contact with a proposal for exchange, partial fulfillment, or refund.
13. Returns and Refusal of Acceptance
Returns according to the Returns Policy. We do not accept returns of opened supplements or used products.
14. Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to cancel orders to regions with legal/logistical restrictions (full refund).
15. Disclaimers
Estimated times, no liability for carrier/customs delays. Risk and ownership pass to you upon handing the package to the carrier.
