The tables below show a comparison of NL-peptides with regular peptides. Comparative studies were conducted in an environment reflecting the digestive system, as well as during the storage of the peptides themselves and in dissolved form (vials).
Conclusion: NL-PEPTIDES are much more stable than regular peptides and are therefore suitable for use in capsules and oral pharmaceutical compositions.

2.2. Stability of peptide lyophilisates during storage.
Lyophilized samples sealed in airtight vials were stored for 365 days at 35°C and standard humidity. Analyses were performed by opening successive vials at 1-month intervals.
2.3. Stability of aqueous solutions during storage.
The stability of the structure was performed by analyzing peptide solutions prepared as follows: Peptide solutions were prepared at a concentration of about 1 mg/ml in demineralized water (pH about 5.6). The solutions prepared in this way were stored in controlled conditions at a temperature of 40 °C and humidity of 55% and the determinations were performed at regular time intervals.

Results of blood NL-peptide concentration tests
The first three example graphs show peptide peaks from appropriately prepared blood samples, tested after 120 min., respectively, for: NL-GHK-CU, NL-EPITHALON and NL-BPC-157 administered in our patented NL-PEPTIDES-DELIVERY TM delivery technology, and for regular peptides GHK-CU, EPITHALON, ARG-BPC administered in regular capsules. The next three graphs show the distribution of peptide concentration in the tested blood in the time range of 30-360 min, converted to pg/ml units.
Conclusion: Thanks to our dual encapsulation technology, the use of peptides in oral form has become possible. In the graphs below we can see proof of the effect of our technology.

For example: We have conducted studies such as: Evaluation of the effect of the in vitro digestion process on active substances contained in the products, along with the evaluation of the bioavailability of active ingredients through the intestinal-blood barrier. And: Evaluation of the rate of release of active substances (peptides) from the products in the digestive tract, as well as determining the dosage and many others.
Conclusion: Our NL-peptides penetrate the intestine in their entirety and easily cross the intestinal-blood barrier. In simple words, they work and their aminogram remains unchanged.
PRODCT COMPOSITION TESTS - WHAT AM I BUYING?

The tested samples were applied in the amount of 15ul to the BioBasic 8 Thermo Scientific column. During the analysis using the linear gradient method in H20 and Acetonitrile solutions with the addition of 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid, peaks of the searched substances appeared. Their concentrations after comparison to the reference chromatogram are presented in the tables. The height of the measurement error is +- 0.5mcg.
Conclusion: Our products contain compositions consistent with the declared content.
